We feel joyous to announce that we bagged the second prize in the band category with Best Guitarist and Best Keyboardist, at Breakout held at AIS Saket,adding yet another achievement to the list 🎶🏆🎶

One drum roll at a time, It gives us immense pleasure to announce that Vedaansh Mittra won second position at Rhythmic Raga held on 18th July, and filled us with immense pride ✨

At this online competition organised by AIS Gurgaon, Sparsh Verma of class 9 won the third position in the Guitar category, Vedaansh Mittra of class 8 won the second position in the drums category and Aakash Agrwal of class 8 secured the third position in the keyboard category. They have won accolades at Rhythmic Raga.

At Alarico Music Meet 2022 held organised by Fr. Agnel School, Delhi, Our band secured the third position. Individual prizes were bagged by Sparsh Verma as the best Guitarist followed by Aakash Agarwal as the best Keyboardist.

Putting up stunning performances, Akash Agarwal secured he first position in Piano Category, Sparsh Verma won first position in Guitar Category, Nabh Jain secured second position in keyboard category, Utkarsh Garg secured second position in bass Category, and Kartik Dua won the Judge’s Choice Award in Acoustic Guitar category. Our members have won laurels in the Inter School Western Music Competition- Razzmataz!!

We are ecstatic to announce that Utkarsh Garg secured first position in the bass category, Nabh Jain secured second position in keyboard category and Aakash Agarwal won the third position in Piano category in the Inter School Western Music Competition-Breakout, yet again!

At the Days of Russian Language, Literature and Culture- 2022, organized by RCSC, Mannat Bhalla (XC), Simran Joshi (XC) and Ananya Sharma (XB) secured the first position in the Russian Song Competition on the theme 'Folk Art and Cultural Heritage of the Peoples of Russia' for the third consecutive time.

Atharva Tandon, Vedaansh Mittra and Aakash Aggrwal secured the first position in the Western Music- Instrumental Trio at Echo 2021, organized by Shiv Nadar School. Their online entry was adjudged the best by the revered jury of the competition.

At this online competition organized by AIS Pushp Vihar, Debaditya halder of class 12 won the first position in both the keyboard and piano category, Shashwat Nagar of class 12 won the second position in the guitar category and Utkarsh Garg of class 11 secured the second position in the bass category. Their exceptional efforts reaped fantastic results.

The team put up a staggering performance at this hybrid competition with both online and offline rounds. School Senior Band- Timeframes secured the first position in band category. Gauravi Aggarwal bagged the second position in the Jr. Solo Singing Category followed by Ishan Kumar Singh and Debaditya Halder who secured the second and third positions in Electric Drums and Keybaord Categories respectively. Aniket Ramesh stood first in the Sr, Solo Singing category along with Ayan Sharma and Apratim Kakoty who not just secured the first positions in the Acoustic Drums and Electric Guitar Categories, but awere also adjudged as the Best Drummer and Best Guitarist in Band Category. Lastly, Karthik Suresh secured the third position in the bass category.

Putting up a spectacular performance, AISMV bagged the overall trophy at Breakout 2021 organized by AIS Saket. Individual prizes were bagged by Debaditya Halder who secured the first position in the keyboard category and second position in the piano category, Shashwat Nagar bagged the second position in the electric guitar category, Kartik Dua also secured the second position in the acoustic guitar category and Utkarsh Garg won the third position in the bass category. The team was also the second runner-up in the original composition category.

Gauravi Aggarwal after clearing the prelims of the German Rap Category, entered the finale and performed live virtually. Her performance secured her the Judges Choice Award (3rd Prize).

At the All India Days of Russian Language, Art and Culture 2021, Mannat Bhalla, Simran Joshi and Ananya Sharma performed the russian song Grass Near Home to celebrate the noteworthy achievements by Russian Astronauts. They secured the First Position due to their exemplary performance and musicality.

At the virtual edition of Breakout, the Western music Competition organised by AIS Saket, the aspiring musicians of AISMV made the school proud as they secured various prizes. Ayan Sharma secured the first position in the Drums Category followed by Karthik Suresh, Debaditya Halder and Shashwat Nagar securing the third position in the bass, keyboard and electric guitar category respectively. Last but not the least, AISMV also bagged the award for Best Composition in the Solo Singing category

Mannat Bhalla, Simran Joshi and Ananya Sharma secure the first position at the Days of Russian Language, Art and Culture 2020. They sang and performed the russian song-Trava u Doma in lieu of the 75th Anniversary of the Soviet Victory in the Great War.

Aniket Ramesh, Shashwat Nagar, Karthik Suresh and Debaditya Halder won laurels for the school at the virtual edition of Razzmatazz, organised by AIS Pushp Vihar and added yet another feather to Crescendo's hat of achievements.

Ananya Sharma, Mannat Bhalla and Simran Joshi secured the first position amongst 50 other entries received from all over the country in the Online National Russian Singing Competition organised by RCSC in lieu of the 75th anniversary of the victory of the Soviet people in the great patriotic war. They performed the famous Russian war song 'den pobedy'.

Students of the western music society participated in Dynamics held at DPS RK Puram on the 27th and 28th of April 2019. Our school band secured the 3rd position and choir secured the 2nd position for their exemplary showcase of talent.

At Literati Fest held at AIS Gurugram 46 on 16th of August, our choir secured the 2nd position in the German song category for their proficiency in both-fluency of language and techniques involved in singing.

Bro. Bergin’s Meet was organized at Mt. St. Mary’s school on the 22nd of August in which our school band secured the 2nd position.

At Cadence, organized by St. Columbus School on 18th of October, our school band put up an excellent performance and secured the 2nd position in the band category.

At Saptak held at St. Joseph and Mary School on 22nd August 2019,our school band secured the 3rd position.

At Thunder held at DPS Noida school on the 8th of november, our school put up an excellent performance. They secured 3rd position.

School band of Ais Mayur Vihar was selected amongst 30 bands to represent Delhi at the nationals of Yamaha Teens Rock Contest: Battle Of Bands which were held in Bangalore.

Best Drummer- 10 Times
Ayan sharma was awarded the prize for Best Drummer in various competitions, namely- Bro Bergins Meet, Crescendo, Saptak, Breakout, Cadence and Wired held at Mt. St. Mary's, AIS Mayur Vihar, St.Joseph and Mary, AIS Saket, St.Columbus and Heritage School respectively.

Best Keyboardist - 2 Times
Debaditya Halder is a skilful pianist who secured the third position in the Piano Category at Razzmatazz'20 and Breakout'20 organised by AISPV and AIS Saket respectively.

Being a phenomenal vocalist, Aniket Ramesh secured the second position in the Solo Singing Category at Razzmatazz'20, organised by AISPV.

Best Guitarist - 2 Times
Shashwat Nagar, with his exceptional skills on the guitar won the 2nd position in the Electric Guitar Category at Razzmatazz'20 and Breakout'20 organised by AISPV and AIS Saket respectively.

Best Guitarist- 4 Times
Apratim Kakoty bagged the individual prize for the Best Guitarist at Cadence 2019, Saptak, Crescendo 2020 and Wired held at St. Columbus School, St. Joseph and Mary School, AIS Mayur Vihar and Heritage School respectively.

Best Bassist- 5 times
Karthik Suresh was awarded the prize for Best Bassist at Cadence held at St. Columbus School. He also won the award in Crescendo 2019, Crescendo 2020, Razzmatazz'20, Breakout'20 and Saptak held at AIS Mayur Vihar, AIS Pushp Vihar, AIS Saket and St. Joseph and Mary School respectively.
