Meet Crescendo’s Alumni

Aakriti Bharadwaj was from the batch of 2016, who bagged several laurels for AISMV during her tenure, in solo singing and choir competitions. She received an admission to Delhi University dure to her proficiency in music and is currently working as a Content Curator for the entire international catalog with Wynk Music, which includes major record labels like Universal Music, Sony Music. She has worked with renowned artist like Ed Sheran, Alan walker, Elie Goulding and much more

Sankalp Biswal, is a proficient guitarist who has secured the individual prize for Best Guitarist 13 times which still remains unbeaten in the Delhi Circuit. Being the lead guitarist of the school band he brought home countless awards during his time at AISMV. Currently he is pursuing his master's in AI from Northeastern University, Boston.

Nishant Iyer, has been playing bass professionally for over a decade now. He also cleared ECA trials due to his immense talent in the field of music. He has rendered his skills to bands like Simple Truth, Havens Down, Shockblast, Trouble Clef and Jeremiah 29:11 to name a few.

Maulshree was the soloist of AISMV and has claimed many individual prizes for Best Vocalist to her name. One of the best solo singers the Delhi Music Circuit has ever witnessed, she also cleared ECA trials and got admission in Lady Shri Ram, Delhi University. She went on to become the youngest secretary and further the President of the western music society in her college.

Samarth Iyer, an alumni of the school, from the batch of 2018, is an astounding vocalist. He was the vocalist of AISMV for solo, duet and band categories and was the tenor in the school choir and won many laurels for the school. Currently, in addition to pursuing his music interest as a playback singer, he is pursuing sound engineering from the Asian Academy of Film and Television.

Armaan, who headed the society as President for two consecutive years, has won several laurels at inter and intra school events for AISMV and has also been a 2 time Yamaha Teens Rock Contest finalist which is a National level music competition. Currently, he is pursuing his higher studies at Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden where he received a scholarship based on his remarkable music portfolio.

Devashish Gupta, from the batch of 2020, was the lead guitarist of the school band. In addition to claiming the award for Best Guitarist 3 times and several others, he represented Delhi at the nationals of Yamaha teens rock contest held in Bangalore. He received admission in the University of Manchester due to his accolades as a guitarist in school.

Shagun Malhotra, along with being the Vice President of the society, was the Harmonist of the choir and brought laurels by winning 2nd position at DPS, RK Puram. She received admission in Ashoka University due to her achievements in the field of Western Music.

Pranay, an alumni from the year 2020, rendered his skills as the flutist and saxophone player of the band. He is currently completing his masters from Imperial College London. He has received several individual awards over the past years, such as 1st place in Symphony NSIT and MAMC light Indian instrumental competitions as well as with his band in competitions held in Christ University, AIIMS Delhi, Jaipuria College and many more.

He is an extraordinary pianist and vocalist. He was a part of the society and the band for 5 years and won numerous awards for Crescendo. He is an ABRSM grade 6 pianist and has claimed 2 best pianists to his name. He is currently studying at Hindu College, DU.

Aditya Kumar, passout from Batch of 2011, received admission in Delhi University. He is currently the founder and CEO of his startup- Urjabolt Emobility Pvt. Ltd.

Sakhi Kapur, who passed our from AISMV in 2011 has her own fashion brand Azel Atelier and leads it as the Founder and CEO.

Raavi Sharma, a 2015 alumn, pursued her law desgree from OP Jindal Global University and is currently working as an associate at Chamber of Vikas Pahwa Sr. Advocate.

Abhimanyu Dhal, passout of 2015, studied at Satyajit Ray Film & Tv Institute, Kolkata. He has produced numerous short films and works with Value 360 Communications.

Utsav Verma, from the batch of 2015, is an XLRI passout who is currently working at Dyson Technology

Riya Mathur was from the batch of 2018. She received admission in Gargi College, University of Delhi. She is now in Xavier Institute of Communication, Mumbai for further studies. She also pursues content creation in the field of fashion.

Parth Sarathi Verma, from the batch of 2018 is studying at University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, USA

Jasleen Kaur, from the batch of 2021, is studying at Seneca College, Toronto.

Meenalika Singh, a recent alumni of 2022 is studying at Texas A&M University, USA..

Apratim Kakoty, from batch of 2021, is currently studying at BITS Pilani.
